Stéphane Froidevaux, the young executive chef of Resto sharpened his knives alongside Eric Christian Constant Fréchon at the Crillon and then with Marc Veyrat, with whom he worked for 9 years. In love with the mountain from where he originates, he created an elegant and inventive à la carte selection for the Resto combining the flavours of carefully selected products associated with the most delicate herbs. Under his tutelage, Ugo took over the reins of the Resto to the utmost delight of our guests.
